Welcome to Chapel Youth
If you are at High School, then Chapel Youth is for you.
We meet every Friday night during the school term from 6:30pm until 8:30 “ish” pm
At the beginning of each term, we publish the themes and special events for the term. Each evening is centred around a social space for young people and leaders to hang out and play games, then large group space where we explore the topic of the evening, worship and prayer leading into the small group space where young people connect with a smaller group of their own age. We believe faith is modelled by followers of Jesus who are trying to live for Him. We explore Biblical truths together.
On some social nights we head off site and go bowling, laser tag, escape rooms etc., as recommended by the youth.
The youth will consistently hear these 3 basic truths:
- I will follow Jesus because he knows me better than I know myself.
- I will love God because he never stops loving me.
- I will live my faith so others can know who Jesus is.
It doesn’t matter what a young person knows or doesn’t know about God, we are all on a journey and everyone is welcome just where they are. We have a leadership team who love investing their time in young people.
